1. Shipping Timelines

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

• We offer transparent shipping rates calculated at checkout.

• Special Offers: Keep an eye out for seasonal promotions that may offer Free Shipping on specific collections or order values.

3. Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner:

• You will receive a tracking ID (AWB number) via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email
  

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with reputed national couriers (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express) to ensure your watch reaches you safely and in pristine condition.

5. Non-Delivery & Re-attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact our customer support team to arrange for re-shipping (additional charges may apply).

6. defective or Tampered Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a package that is visibly difective or has been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Take a photo/video of the package and contact us immediately at  vikyathpoojary62@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
